Starting with the electrical system, we have chosen mechanisms from the renowned manufacturer Simon Electric Construction Co., Inc., in their model 270 with a horizontal aesthetic. This not only ensures safe and reliable operation but also adds a touch of modernity to the interior design of the villa.
As for the air conditioning system, the choice was clear: ducted air conditioners from the manufacturer Mitsubishi Electric. These systems offer precise temperature control, ensuring a comfortable environment in all seasons of the year. To further enhance energy efficiency and comfort, an Airzone Flexa zoning system was installed, allowing personalized control of the climate in different areas of the villa.
The living room, as the central gathering and entertainment area, received special attention in the renovation. To achieve great thermal comfort and a visually appealing look, two-way linear diffusers were chosen for air distribution. This not only ensures even air distribution but also adds a touch of elegance to the space.
